Fluffy Omelette Recipe | స్పాంజ్ ఆమ్లెట్ ఇలా చేసుకోండి | Egg Omelette in Telugu | Hyderabadi Ruchulu

A palatable recipe for egg lovers can be an instant breakfast and a simple snack. Easy to make, healthy and tasty to eat. Puffy omelette goes well with bread, roti and can have one whole omelette for a fantastic morning feast.
Ingredients:
• Eggs : 3 No’s
• Garlic : 2 Tablespoons finely chopped (7 to 8 pods)
• Coriander Leaves : 2 to 3 Tablespoons
• Capsicum : 1 Tablespoon finely chopped (optional)
• Pepper Powder : ½ Teaspoon
• Salt : ½ Teaspoon
• Butter : ½ Teaspoon
• Oil : 1 Teaspoon

Method of Preparation:
• In a mixing bowl, add 3 eggs. Blend well till frothy.
• Add 2 Tbsp chopped garlic.
• Add 2 to 3 Tbsp Coriander leaves
• Add 1 Tbsp Chopped Capsicum. (optional)
• Add ½ tsp pepper powder and ½ tsp salt or as needed.
• Add ½ tsp butter and blend them all thoroughly.
• Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil / butter spread it well.
• Now pour and spread egg mixture and cook for 2 to 3 min.
• Cook it on low flame with a lid.
• Add some chili flakes add some flavour and colour.
• Flip turn the egg, to cook it on the other side.
• Cook it for a while with a lid.
• Now our yummy puffy omelette is ready.
• A tasty and healthy breakfast and a snack.
• Yummy and delicious.
