Puffy omelette goes well with bread, roti and can have one whole omelette for a fantastic morning feast.Ingredients: • Eggs : 3 No’s • Garlic : 2 Tablespoons finely chopped (7 to 8 pods) • Coriander Leaves : 2 to 3 Tablespoons • Capsicum : 1 Tablespoon finely chopped (optional) • Pepper Powder : ½ Teaspoon • Salt : ½ Teaspoon • Butter : ½ Teaspoon • Oil : 1 TeaspoonMethod of Preparation: • In a mixing bowl, add 3 eggs. Blend well till frothy. • Add 2 Tbsp chopped garlic. • Add 2 to 3 Tbsp Coriander leaves • Add 1 Tbsp Chopped Capsicum.
