INGREDIENTS FOR CODE ROE SPAGHETTI (PAGE 64)
400g spaghetti
100 g tarako(cod roe) - I used instant
50 g salted butter
1 shiso, or basil leaf for garnishing ( i used parsley instead)

INGREDIENTS FOR TONKATSU (PAGE 210)
4 rounded tablespoon all - purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
50 g panko breadcrumbs
4 slices pork neck (i used pork chop)
vegetable oil for frying
tonkatsu sauce (worcestershire, ketchup, oyster sauce, sugar, lemon juice)
