Singapore has got to be one of my favorite food cities. The diversity of the population alone makes for an interesting mix of street eateries churning out authentic culturally influenced food. Asides from the eateries and the amazing hawker centers, Singapore has a great number of foreign chefs that have decided to call the city home and who are trying to push the scene in Asia.
