Arabi fry
Ingredients quantity
Arabi (boiled) 8-9 nos
Coriander powder 1 ½ tbsp.
Red chilli powder 1 ½ tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Amchur powder 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Refined flour 1 cup
Corn starch ½ cup
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Water as required

Method of preparation
1 wash and peel the Arabi and boil it
2 Once cool down, take a plastic bag, overlap the Arabi and press gently with your palm to flatten it.
3 Marinate with all the spices
Coriander powder,Red chilli powder,
Cumin powder,Garam masala powder,
Amchur powder,Turmeric powder,
Salt to taste and keep in a refrigerator
for some time.
Apply marinate both the side of arabi
Take refine flour in a plate.
4 Take Corn starch in a bowl add water in it
make a mixture of corn-starch
and keep aside .
5 Dust refined flour on Arabi, deep into corn-starch mixture and then into bread crumbs coating the Arabi evenly from all the sides
6 Deep fry in hot oil till crisp and golden brown in colour
7 Sprinkle some chat masala and serve hot.
