Arabi fryIngredients quantityArabi (boiled) 8-9 nosCoriander powder 1 ½ tbsp.Red chilli powder 1 ½ tspCumin powder 1 tspGaram masala powder 1 tspAmchur powder 1 ½ tspTurmeric powder ½ tspSalt to tasteRefined flour 1 cupCorn starch ½ cupBread crumbs 1 cup Water as requiredMethod of preparation1 wash and peel the Arabi and boil it2 Once cool down, take a plastic bag, overlap the Arabi and press gently with your palm to flatten it.3 Marinate with all the spices Coriander powder,Red chilli powder,Cumin powder,Garam masala powder,Amchur powder,Turmeric powder,Salt to taste and keep in a refrigerator for some time.
