ALMONDS CUTLET INGREDIENTS;- Whole moong dal - 1 cup Shallots - 1/2 cup Boiled potato - 1 cup Curry leaves - 1 spring Chop onions - 1/2 cup Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Coriander powder -1 tsp Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Sambar powder - 1 tsp Coriander leaves - 1 bunch Almonds crush - 1/4 cup Maida - 1 tsp Bread crumbs - 1 cup Oil - as required Salt - to taste METHOD - In a mixie jar add soaked moong dal, shallots, curry leaves, and grind into coarse paste.In a pan add oil, chopped onions, turmeric powder, some ginger garlic paste, coriander powder some chilli powder, sambar powder and cook in a slow flame. and add grounded whole moong dal shallots paste,boiled mashed potato, and mix it nicely.and add salt chop coriander leaves and mix it well. take the dough and make vada's. now coat in almonds flakes, bread crumbs,maida slurry and keep a side. heat oil in a pan and fry it till it is slightly golden in colour.serve in a plate and garnish with almond flakes. MUSHROOM SOUP INGREDIENTS;- Chopped mushrooms - 1 cup Brown onions - 1 cup Butter - 6 cubes Maida - 1 tsp Chopped garlic - 1 tb Thyme - 1 tsp Pepper powder - 1 tsp Salt - to taste METHOD - In a pan add butter, maida, chopped garlic, chopped mushrooms, and fry it.now add brown onions and transfer in to a mixie jar and make fine paste. pourthi mixture in to the same pan and strain it. now add vegetable stock,and boil it. add some salt, thyme, pepper powder, amd fresh cream and simmer another few minutes. serve in serving plate garnish with brown onions.
