Fried Steak Torta Milanesa (Amazing Mexican Sandwich) | Pro Home Cooks

When I first discovered the ultimately awesomeness of the Torta while exploring a Mexican food truck a few years back my life changed for the history of ever. Try this thing out, make it your own, use any meat, it's all about the combination of all of those glorious flavors.

INGREDIENTS:
• Sliced jalapeño
• Vinegar
• Sugar
• Onion- chopped
• Garlic- minced
• Chipotle adobo
• 1 can black beans
• Steak
• Flour
• 1 Beaten egg
• Deli roll
• Fresh queso blanco- crumbled
• Tomato slices
• Shredded lettuce
• Avocado
• BG Glorious on everything sauce

• Mix some vinegar, sugar, salt and a splash of water and toss in your sliced jalapeños. Microwave for 1-2 minutes. The easiest pickled jalapeños!
• In a greased pan, toss in your onion, garlic, chipotle and black beans. Allow it to come to a boil and turn heat on low. Add in cumin and salt to taste. Stir and mash with a fork. Set aside.
• Season your steak with some salt. Dredge your steak in flour and dip into your beaten egg seasoned with paprika and salt. Dredge back in the flour one more time.
• Fry your steak until golden and crispy on both sides.
• Spread your black bean paste on your deli roll and top with fresh queso blanco, fried steak, tomato, lettuce, pickled jalapeño and avocado. Drizzle on some Brothers Green sauce.
• Fry your sandwich in a pan on both sides until crunchy. DIG IN!!!
