Homemade Fried Chicken Ball Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup ground chicken
1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Coating:

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten

Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken Mixture:

In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, chopped onions, chopped bell peppers, minced garlic, soy sauce, chili sauce, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Shape the Chicken Balls:

Take a small portion of the chicken mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
Coating Process:

Prepare three separate bowls for coating: one with all-purpose flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
