Let's see how to prepare fruit popsicles at home.

To make these ice-creams we will need ice-cream moulds of any kind. If ice-cream moulds are not available, disposable cups could also be used.

Mango-strawberry popsicle
Prepare strawberry pulp. Add strawberries to a blender. Sugar could be added if more sweetness is desired. Similarly, make a mango pulp. Add mango pulp and strawberry pulp to ice-cream moulds.
Add one of the flavour first, here I added mango. Only a single flavoured popsicle also could be made. Fill half with mango pulp and the rest with strawberry pulp. Seal the lid and freeze for 4-5 hours. Dip the mould in a glass of water for the popsicle to be able to come out easily.

Cream popsicle
We will need 2 tablespoons curd. Here I used hung curd. Add 2 tablespoons cream (optional), 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence, 1 tablespoon powdered sugar and mix. Here I used black grapes pulp. Any fruit could be used. Blend black grapes into a pulp. Sugar could be added if the pulp is sour. Add prepared white mixture taking care that it doesnít spread on the sides or the colour of the ice creams will change. Add prepared black grape pulp. Seal the lid and freeze for 4-5 hours. Dip the mould in a glass of water for the popsicle to be able to come out easily.

Rainbow popsicle
Here I used 5 fruit pulps. For green colour, pulp of kiwi is used. Cut kiwi into pieces and blend it into a blender.
For green colour - kiwi pulp
For red colour - strawberry pulp.
For yellow colour - mango pulp
For purple colour - black grape pulp
For white colour - curd mixture
Add 1 tablespoon kiwi pulp for green colour, 1 tablespoon mango pulp for yellow colour, 1 tablespoon strawberry pulp for red colour, 1 tablespoon curd mixture for white colour, 1 tablespoon black grape pulp for purple colour. Seal the lid and freeze for 4-5 hours. Open after 5 hours.

Fruit popsicle
Fruits need to be diced first. Cut off sides for kiwis, peel and cut slices. Do the same for strawberries. Black grapes, green grapes are also used. Lemon juice is also needed. Add the fruits to the ice-cream moulds. Add kiwi slice n one side and strawberry slice on the other side. Add grapes as desired. After filling the fruits, add lemon juice. Lemon juice is lemon+water+sugar. Fill the mould with juice. Seal the lid and freeze for 4-5 hours. Open after 5 hours.

Disposable cup popsicle
To a disposable cup add kiwi pulp. Add strawberry pulp and mango pulp. Insert an ice-cream sick. If it is not available, bunch toothpicks together and insert it. Freeze for 4-5 hours. Open after 5 hours.
