Fruity Galette Recipe - A Super Tasty FAIL - Glen And Friends CookingThis Berry Galette Recipe uses a Puff Pastry base - in this case our home made puff pastry from a previous video: https://youtu.be/bZvQIFjO2UcIngredients125 mL ( cup) butter, softened 250 mL (1 cup) icing sugar2 eggs5 mL (1 tsp) vanilla extract A pinch of salt 100g ( cup) ground almonds 500g (1Lb) puff pastry 300g raspberries 200g blackberries1 beaten egg, for brushing Handful flaked almonds MethodPreheat the oven to 400F (200C).Cream together the butter and sugar, then beat in the egg.Mix in the vanilla, salt and ground almonds.
