Ingredients:
Prepare Hot Fusion Chocolate Sauce:
-Makhan (Butter) 60g
-Cocoa powder Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) Cup
-Hot water Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Semi sweetened dark chocolate 100g
-Cream 1/3 Cup (room temperature)
Prepare Almond Brownies:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) Cup
-Cocoa powder Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Makhan (Butter) 180g
-Cooking chocolate 200g
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) Cup
-Vanilla essence tsp
-Badam (Almonds) chopped Cup
Assembling:
-Hico Indulge Belgian Chocolate
-White chocolate chips

Directions:
Prepare Hot Fusion Chocolate Sauce:
-In a saucepan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add cocoa powder,caster sugar & mix well.
-Add hot water & whisk well.
-Add vanilla essence,salt & whisk well.
-Add dark chocolate,mix well & cook until chocolate melts.
-Add cream,whisk well & set aside.
Prepare Almond Brownies:
-On a bowl place sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,salt,sift together then mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add butter,cooking chocolate & microwave for 1 minute & 30 seconds,mix well & set aside.
-In another bowl,add eggs,caster sugar & whisk well.
-Add vanilla essence,melted chocolate & butter mixture & whisk well.
-Now add dry flour mixture & fold gently.
-On a greased 5 x 8 inch baking pan lined with butter paper,add brownie batter,spread evenly & tap few times.
-Sprinkle almonds.
-Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 30-35 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
-Let it cool & cut into pieces.
Assembling:
-Heat sizzler pan,place brownie,belgian chocolate ice cream & pour prepared chcoolate sauce.
-Sprinkle white chocolate chips & serve!

-Dark chocolate dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur chocolate melt ho janay tak paka lein.
-Cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.

-Bowl per sifter rakh dein,maida,cocoa powder aur namak dal ker ek saath sift ker lein phir ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein makhan aur cooking chocolate dal ker 1 minute & 30 seconds kliya microwave phir ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Alag bowl mein anday aur bareek cheeni dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Vanilla essence aur melted chocolate & butter mixture dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Ab dry flour mixture dal ker gently fold ker lein.
-5 x 8 inch baking pan (greased & lined with butter paper) mein brownie batter dal ker evenly pheela lein & few times tap karein.
-Badam dal dein.
-Preheated oven mein 170C per 30-35 minutes ya skewer clean anay tak bake ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein & piece mein cut karein.
