Full Patra Recipe | Corn Paneer Patra | Simply Jain

On Mother's day our chef's mother is going to teach us her favorite recipe Corn Paneer Patra. Its a healthy and interesting Gujarati dish. We bet you fall in love with it.

Ingredients Required for PATRA are:
3 Betel leaves (Paan leaves)

For Corn Paneer mixture
7 tbsp Gram flour/Besan
1/2 bowl crushed corn
1/2 bowl grated paneer
2 tbsp Dhana jeera
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Green chillies
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Eno
2 tsp Garam masala
2 tsp Red chillies
Water as required

For TADKA
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp Asafoetida
Patra pieces
Grated coconut
Coriander leaves
