Is it possible to make a full Veg Thali in 60 minutes at home? Yes, it is. In this Veg Thali video, I have shown how to make a full Veg Thali comprising of one Dal, Gravy, Sabzi, Raita, Rotis, Pulao and a Dessert in only 60 minutes. It is not at all difficult. It only requires a little planning. Try it and see the smile on the faces of your family and guests when you serve them a full plate of Veg Thali comprising of yummy dishes all made at home. Given below are the ingredients of this Veg Thali recipe.

Ingredients:
(In the order of instructions)
Palak Paneer:
2 cups Palak/Spinach
2 tbsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Jeera/Cumin
1 Onion
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Amchur
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
2 Tomatoes pureed
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Water
3 tbsp Fresh Cream
1 tsp Ghee
250 gms Paneer cubes

Dal Tadka:
1 cup Tuvar Dal
2 cups Water
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Oil
3 tbsp Ghee
2 Dry Red Chillies
1 tsp Jeera/Cumin
3 tbsp chopped Onions
2 Green Chillies
1 Tomato
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Jeera/Cumin powder
Juice of 1 Lemon
Coriander leaves

Corn Masala:
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Jeera/Cumin
1 Onion
2 Green Chillies
1 Tomato
1 cup boiled Corn
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Amchur
Coriander leaves

Pea Pulao:
2 tsp Ghee
2 Cinnamon sticks
3 Cardamoms
2 Cloves
2 Bay leaves
1/2 tsp Jeera/Cumin
1 glass Basmati Rice
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Haldi/Turmeric
2 glasses of water
1 cup cooked Green Peas

Strawberry Kesari:
2 tbsp Ghee
A handful of Cashew nuts
A handful of Raisins
1/2 cup Rava/Semolina
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Strawberry Crush
2 tbsp Ghee
