Spread the love! :)Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkAppIngredientsSmall gobhi florets (washed, clean and dried): 1 smallGajar, clean and chopped small pieces, dried: 3-4Matar, clean and at room temperature, dried: 1 cupMethi dana: 1 tablespoonSaunf ke daane: 8-10 tablespoonsKaali mirch ke daane: 4-5Haldi or turmeric powder: 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder: 2 tablespoonsMustard oil as required: 5-6 tablespoonsSalt as requiredA big sterilised glass jarMethod of preparation1. Blanch the vegetables, drain completely, dry under the sun for few hours.2. In a pan, add methi, saunf, kaali mirch. Roast it and then grind it in a smooth powder.3. Now in a big bowl, add the vegetables, add masala powder, haldi, red chilli powder, salt. Mix well4. Add mustard oil, mix well.5. Put in an absolutely clean jar, keep under sunlight or in a warm area of your kitchen for 3 days, then enjoy
