Cloves 4-5 no.Cumin Seeds 1 tspOnion 1 smallGinger Garlic Paste 1 tbspMillet ¼ cupJowar ¼ cupBarley ¼ cupSoya ½ cupChana Dal ¼ cupMoong Dal ¼ cupToor Dal ¼ cupBlack Urad Dal ¼ cupSalt to tasteCoriander Powder 2 tbspGaram Masala 1 tbspRed Chilli Powder 1 tbspTurmeric Powder ½ tspPotato 1 no. Cauliflower 1 smallCarrot 1 smallBeans 3-4 no. Rice 1 1/2cupWater 4 cupDesi Ghee 3 tbspMethod1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cinnamon sticks, bay leaves, cloves, cumin seeds and sauté well. 2. Add onion, ginger garlic paste, millet, jowar, barley, soya, chana dal, moong dal, toor dal, black dal. 3. Add salt, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well. 4. Add potato, cauliflower, carrot, beans, rice, water and mix well. Cook for 7 whistles. 5. Add ghee and mix. 6. Serve hot in a bowl.
