GHEE WALA TOOVAR DANAIngredients cup ghee2 cups fresh pigeon peas (toovar dana) tsp turmeric powderSalt to taste2-3 tbsps chopped green garlic bulbs1 tsps green chilli paste2 cups chopped green garlic stalks tsp garam masala powderMethod1. Put the fresh pigeon peas in a pressure cooker. Add turmeric powder, salt and 2 cups water and mix well. Place it on medium heat and cook till 4 whistles are released. 2. Open the cooker once the pressure has reduced completely. 3. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add chopped green garlic and mix well. Cook till golden brown. 4. Add green chilli paste, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add the cooked pigeon peas and mix well. 5. Add the green garlic stalks, garam masala powder and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. 6.
