Place over low heat and warm, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is just coming to a simmer. Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice, ice and 1/2 cup water to cool the mixture until the ice is completely melted.Meanwhile, stuff about 3 gummy worms in each of ten 3-ounce ice-pop molds. Fill the molds with the cooled lemonade, just enough to cover the worms.
