I know it's very late but better than never, right? ;-) Hope you all enjoy this dressing and having a healthy summer!!!I love you all!!XoXoGinger Dressing Ingredients1 fuji apple, seeded, and roughly chopped1/2 pear (you can use any kind), seeded, and roughly choppedSmall bunch of celery, roughly chopped1/2 of medium carrot, peeled and roughly chopped1/2 of small onion, peeled, and roughly chopped1 Thumb size ginger, peeled, and roughly chopped1 Tbs. soy sauce1/4 cup rice vinegar2 Tbs. citrus soda1/8 tsp. black pepper2 Tbs. sugar1/3 cup natural flavor oil, such as grape seed, canola, vegetable, sunflower, peanut and etc.Directions1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and grate everything until very smooth texture and no chunks. 2.
