1 piece of 10 cm (70g) of ginger peeled and chopped1 cup (250ml) of lemon juice (about 3 to 4 lemons)1/3 cup (80ml) of maple syrup1 liter (4 cups) of water2 lemons cut into slices for garnishPlace the ginger in a food processor or blender. Add lemon juice and process until smooth. Add water and maple syrup.
