Set aside. 2) In another bowl, whisk together the milk, molasses, eggs, sour cream, lemon zest and melted butter.3) Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, mix all together to combine and let the batter sit for a few minutes wile the griddle is preheating. 4) Preheat a non stick griddle over medium low heat. Brush it with some melted butter or just spray it with some butter spray. 5) Spoon 1/3 cup of the batter for each pancake and let them cook for a few minutes on each side or until golden brown, fluffy and fully cooked through. Serve with warm maple syrup and enjoy!
