This is a very beautiful Nigerian recipe that is trending in my house of recent and I decided to share it with you guys.

Ingredients
1 Pound of Gizzards
1 big ripe Plantain
1 Cup Starter Sauce
1 Large diced Onion
Vegetable Oil (Enough for frying)
2 Bouillon Cubes
Stock or Broth
1/2 Teaspoon Curry Powder
Salt to taste
