Watch this video to learn how to make the amazing Goan Peas Coconut PulaoGOAN PEAS COCONUT PULAOIngredients1 cup green peas½ cup coconut milk1½ cups rice, soaked for 1 hour2 tablespoons oil4-5 black peppercorns2-3 green cardamoms1-2 bay leaves2-3 cloves1 inch cinnamon1 tablespoon ginger-garlic-green chilli paste1 medium onion, finely choppedSalt to taste1 tablespoon lemon juiceMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add peppercorns, cardamoms, bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon and sauté for 30 seconds. 2. Add ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, mix and sauté. Add onion, mix and sauté till translucent.3. Add rice, mix and sauté for a minute. 4. Boil 2½ cups water in a microwave. 5. Add peas to the rice and cook for a minute on high heat. Add salt and mix well. Add boiled water and stir to mix. Cover and cook till it boils. Reduce heat and cook for 5-6 minutes.6. Add coconut milk and mix well. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.7. Add lemon juice and mix well. 8.
