Head Curry Ingredients:
coriander leaves 1 Cup
garamamasala pinch Pinch
coconut powder 1 Teaspoons
coriander powder 1 Teaspoons
pepper powder 1/2 Teaspoons
red chilli powder 1 Teaspoons
turmuric pinch Pinch
ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoons
onion 1 Numbers
salt as needed
garamamasala dry 2 Numbers
Oil 2 Tablespoons
Goat Head 1 Numbers
water as needed

Directions:
Take pressure cooker add oil,garamasala dry,onion chopped,salt cook till onions are golded brown colour.

Now add ginger garlic paste,turmuric,red chilli powder,cut goad head mix well and add water as needed and cook for 20 mins in pressure cooker.

Once it is cooked add pepper,coriander,garamasala,coconut powder and sprinkle Coriander leaves chopped mix well and serve with roti.

Ingredients

3 big Brain ( Goat)

2 piece Cardamom

2 piece Cinnamon

2 piece Cloves

1 tsp Coriander Powder

small Curry Leaves

pinch Garam Masala Powder

1 tsp GINGER GARLIC PASTE

3 large green chillies

1 small Lemon Juice

2 tbsp OIL

3 large ONIONS

1/2 tsp Pepper powder

1/2 tsp RED CHILLI POWDER

0 Salt to Taste

pinch 0 shah jeera

pinch 0 Turmeric powder

Directions

1. Soak Brain in hot water for 5 min this helps in cleaning.

2. take a pan add oil saute with masala,chopped onions,salt cook till it becomes light brown colour.

3. Add Turmeric,ginger garlic paste,green chillies,curry leaves,pepper powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder saute all this for few min.

4. Cut brain in equal pieces and add to the masala cook for 5 min by closing with a lid.

5. Lastly add chopped Coriander and lemon juice

Paya Leg Soup
Ingredients:
Turermic powder pinch
Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoons
Curry Leaves Leaf
ONION 1 Big
bayleaf 3 Leaf
CARDMOM SEEDS 2 Numbers
Cinnamon 2 Numbers
shah zeera pinch
CLOVES 2 Numbers
Oil 2 Tablespoons
Lamb Legs 8 Numbers
SALT To Taste
Green Chilles 3 Big
coconut powder freshly made 1 Tablespoons
Coriander powder 1 Tablespoons
Garam masala powder 1/2 Teaspoons
pepper powder 1/2 Teaspoons
red chill powder 1 Teaspoons
Corainder leaves 1 Bunch

Directions:
1. Clean Lamb Legs with little turmeric and water and keep it aside.

2. Take Pressure Cooker add oil to it then add masalas, bayleaf, onions chopped, mix it little bit then add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, Green chillies and salt as per taste mix these ingredients.

3. Now add Lamb legs to this mixture, mix it well and add water as required and close the pressure cooker with the lid, let it cook for atleast 30 min in slow flame.

4. Once the lamb legs are cooked then add coconut powder, Coriander powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder, red chill powder and mix all these ingredients well.

5. Cook for another 10 to 15 mins if you want more soup you can add some more water into it.

6. Lastly add chopped corrinader leaves and serve.
