GOBI MUTTER Gobi Matar ki Sabji Much Loved Veggie in our Panjabi House Hold.IngredientsOil 3 TbspCumin seeds 1 tspOnion chopped 1 largeGinger garlic paste 1 TbspCoriander powder 1 TbspTurmeric powder ½ tspRed chilli powder ½ tspGreen chilli slit 3Garam masala powder ½ tspSalt to tasteTomato cubes 2 largeCauliflower florets boiled 250 gmsGreen peas boiled 1 cupWater ½ cupGinger juliennes ½ inchCoriander chopped 1 TbspMethod1. In a pan heat oil and cumin seeds and sauté for 30 secs2. Add onion chopped and sauté for 3-4 mins until onions brown.3. Add ginger garlic paste and -4. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, green chillis, garam masala, salt, tomato cubes. Sauté for 2 mins.5. Add cauliflower florets, green peas and Mix well6. Add water and mix well. 7. Cover and cook for 10-15 mins8. Add ginger juliennes, coriander chopped and mix well.9. Remove from heat and transfer to serving bowl.10.
