Gol Papdi (Jaggery Cakes) by Toral || Toral's Pakhshala | India Food Network

Toral shows you a healthy sweet where she replaces sugar with Jaggery. Watch the video to find out how she makes it!

Ingredients:

· 1 cup Wheat Flour
· ½ cup Ghee
· 1 cup chopped Jaggery

Method:

1. Pour the ghee into a pan and heat it.
2. Add the flour, stir and roast until light brown.
3. Turn off the gas and take the pan off the burner.
4. Add the chopped jaggery and mix well.
5. Spread the mix in a greased thali for firming.
6. Cut into pieces while hot and loose in texture.
