Ingredients:
Ingredient Measure Units
Green Chili 2 Number
Hing 1 Pinch
Coriander 1/2 Bunch
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Pepper corns 1/2 tsp
Ginger (chopped) 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves (chopped) 2 sprigs
Coconut (white part) 1 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Baking soda 1 Pinch
Rice flour 2 tbsp
Curd 2 tbsp
Lime juice 1 tbsp
All purpose flour 1 cup
Oil for deep fry

Directions -- Method:
1. Take a bowl add chopped green Chili, hing, chopped coriander, cumin seeds, pepper corns, chopped ginger, finely chopped curry leaves, chopped white coconut, sugar, salt, baking soda, rice flour, curd, lime juice and add some water mix it well.
2. Add oil, all-purpose flour and mix it like a batter and make small dumplings and drop into hot oil, deep fry them till they get a nice color.
3. Serve with coconut chutney or tomato chutney.
