Recipe -

Mix the following dry ingredients together in a bowl:
1 cup whole wheat flour, sifted
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1.4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
In a separate bowl, add 1 cup jaggery powder
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup hot water
2 cups milk
Mix well
Add the dry ingredients
Make a thick batter
Bake at 180C for 15 minutes
Add a chocolate ganache (recipe here: https://youtu.be/BCfBpzbHeAA) and garnish with chocolate shavings.
