Greek Hortopita Recipe Leafy Wild Greens in Phyllo Dough

This video shows you how to make Greek hortopita or leafy greens pita. Using very simple leafy green vegetables like broccolini, Swiss chard and dandelions, Greeks enjoy this type of pita year round. Now add some crumbled feta into the mix and you've got something really special. Serve it as a main with a side salad or as an appetizer or meze, and they'll be singing your praises....

INGREDIENTS LIST

* 10 sheets phyllo dough
* 1 lb. mixed leafy greens
(Swiss chard, broccolini, dandelions)
* 1 onion
* 4 cloves garlic
* 1/2 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
* 100g Greek feta
* Salt & pepper to taste
