Delicious pizza with greek ingredients. The secret is the thick crust and the toppings! Thick crust: Make your own dough with just 500gr of all purpose flour, dry yeast, 1tsp sugar, 1tsp salt and a few drops of olive oil. Add water and work it until you get a nice dough. Let it rest for 1 hour and almost double its size. Tomato sauce: tomato puree 100 ml, salt, pepper, dried oregano, add a bit of water and simmer for 5'.
