GREEN GARLIC BREADIngredients small bunch of green garlic1 garlic bread loaf cup butter, softened tsp dried red chilli flakes + for sprinklingSalt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to taste cup grated mixed cheeseMethod1. Preheat the oven at 180C.2. Take butter in a bowl. 3. Finley chop the green garlic bulbs and the stalks. Reserve some chopped green garlic stalks and transfer the rest in the butter, add red chilli flakes, salt and crushed black peppercorns and mix well.4. Horizontally cut the garlic loaf in half, apply some butter on one side of both the halves. Sprinkle cup cheese over each half of the loaf, sprinkle the reserved green garlic stalks and dried red chilli flakes. Place them on a lined baking tray.5. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. 6. Bring the baking tray out of the oven and transfer the green garlic bread on a worktop.
