GREEN GARLIC CHUTNEYIngredients¾ cup chopped green garlic bulbs¾ cup chopped green garlic stalks2 tbsps oil½ cup raw peanuts100 grams dried coconut, slicedSea salt to taste1½ tbsps Kashmiri red chilli powder Bhakri for servingMethod1. Heat oil in a kadai. Add the raw peanuts and sauté till they turn golden brown.2. Add green garlic bulbs and sauté for a minute.3. Add dried coconut and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add green garlic stalks, sea salt and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Transfer the mixture in a plate and allow to cool.4. Transfer the mixture in a blender jar, add the red chilli powder and grind coarsely.5.
