GREEN GARLIC PAKODAIngredients cup chopped green garlic stalks1 tbsp chopped green garlic bulbs cup chopped spring onion greens cup chopped spring onion bulbs2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves tsp turmeric powder tsp red chilli powder tsp carom seeds cup rice flour1 cup gram flourSalt to tasteOil for deep fryingGreen chutney to serveTomato ketchup to serveMethod1. Combine spring onion greens, spring onion bulbs, green garlic stalks, green garlic bulbs, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, carom seeds, rice flour, gram flour and salt in a bowl. Add cup water and mix well. 2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Add 2 tbsps of the hot oil in the prepared mixture and mix well. 3. Gently slide in small portions of the mixture and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.4. Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
