Moong ki sabji(whole green gram) is a healthy and nutritious sabzi which goes well with rotis, parathas and rice. Moong is high in protein and yet easily digestible with the bonus of extra fiber. It is usually made for breakfast and parans in marwadi family.
Ingredients
--------------
2 cup soaked moong(green gram)
1 spoon jeera
2 green chilli
1 tej patta(bay leaf)
2 spoon fresh cream
1 spoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 spoon coriander powder
1 spoon turmeric powder
1 spoon garam masala
Fresh coriander leaves
2 finely chopped onion
1 inch finely chopped ginger
6-7 garlic finely chopped
1 finely chopped tomato
2 tablespoon cooking oil
