All you need to do is make them and enjoy soon!GREEN MOONG TIKKIIngredients2 raw bananas2 cups green moong sprouts1 tsp red chilli powder½ cumin powder¼ tsp turmeric powder¾ tsp coriander powder1 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)Salt to taste2-3 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leavesBread crumbs as required1 tbsp white sesame seeds½ tbsp black sesame seedsCrushed black peppercorns to tasteCorn flour slurry for coatingOil for deep fryingTo serveGreen chutneyOnion ringsFresh mint sprigsMethod1. Heat sufficient water in a steamer. Place a steamer basket on it and arrange the raw bananas on it. Place another steamer basket over it and put the green moong sprouts. Cover and steam for 20-25 minutes. 2. Switch the heat off.3. Peel the steamed raw bananas and place them on a large plate. Add the steamed moong sprouts and mash well with a masher. 4. Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, dried mango powder, salt and coriander leaves and mix till well combined. 5. To make the tikkis, take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a ball. Flatten it to a thin disc. 6. Take bread crumbs on a plate. Add white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, salt and crushed black peppercorns and mix well.7. Dip each tikki into the corn flour slurry. Place on bread crumbs mixture and coat well from both sides.8. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Gently slide in the tikkis a few at a time and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.9.
