It would have been better with just 2 layers of bread. This was almost a cake.
But it was still good. I absolutely adore green tea.
It's much simpler with castella cake. so, give it a try!

I already said this in Korean but I should've written it in English too;
I am aware that tiramisu is layered ladyfingers, but the sponge cake went better with the green tea so I altered the recipe a bit.
Also, the you can consider cream cheese as a cheaper alternative to mascarpone :)

* ingredients
: 140g 90g, 5g
: 3, 120, 100, 5g, 30, 30,
: 200g, 100~150g, 70g, (+) 1tbs

Syrup: 140g water, 90g sugar, 5g green tea powder
cake: 3 eggs, 120g sugar, 100g cake flour, 5g green tea powder, 30g butter, 30g milk, vanilla extract
cream: 200g cream cheese, 100g whipping cream(double cream) , 70g sugar,
green tea powder+water 1tbs
