Plus the convenience of make & Freeze for ramadan. #happyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #OlpersCheese #Olpers #digitalammi Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/420M4tGRecipe in English:Ingredients:-BBQ sauce 1 & tbs -Honey 1 tsp-Paprika powder tsp -Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tsp -Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 2 tsp -Chicken fillet 350g-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped Cup -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs-Olpers Cheddar cheese Cup-Olpers Mozzarella cheese Cup-Namak (Salt) to taste -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed tsp -Dried oregano tsp -Maida (All-purpose flour) Cup-Water Cup or as required -Samosa sheets as required -Cooking oil for frying Directions:-In a bowl,add bbq sauce,honey,mix well & set aside.-In a bowl,add paprika powder,salt,black pepper powder,vinegar,garlic paste,cooking oil & mix well.-Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 3-4 hours.-In grill pan,add cooking oil & grill marinated chicken from both sides until done & apply bbq & honey sauce in between.-Let it cool then chop with the help of knife. -In a bowl,add chopped chicken,capsicum,fresh coriander,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,salt black pepper crushed,dried oregano,mix well & set aside. -In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,water & whisk well.Flour slurry is ready!-Take samosa sheet & cut in half.-Add chicken filling,fold into the shape of samosa & seal corners with flour slurry (makes 20).-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2-3 weeks in freezer.-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry samosa on medium flame until golden.-Serve with chutney!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-BBQ sauce 1 & tbs -Honey 1 tsp-Paprika powder tsp -Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tsp -Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 2 tsp -Chicken fillet 350g-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped Cup -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs-Olpers Cheddar cheese Cup-Olpers Mozzarella cheese Cup-Namak (Salt) to taste -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed tsp -Dried oregano tsp -Maida (All-purpose flour) Cup-Water Cup or as required -Samosa sheets as required -Cooking oil for frying Directions:-Bowl mein bbq sauce aur honey dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Bowl mein paprika powder,namak,kali mirch powder,sirka,lehsan paste aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 3-4 hours kliya marinate ker lein.-Grill pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur marinated chicken ko dono sides sa grill ker lein aur bech bech mein bbq & honey sauce laga lein.-Thanda ker lein phir knife ki madad sa chop ker lein.-Bowl mein chopped chicken,shimla mirch,hara dhania,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese, namak,kali mirch crushed & dried oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Bowl mein maida aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.Flour slurry tayyar hai.-Samosa sheet ko half mein cut ker lein.-Chicken filling dal dein aur fold ker ka samosa bana lein aur flour slurry sa corners ko seal ker lein (makes 20).-Airtight container mein dal ker 2-3 weeks kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden ho janay tak fry ker lein -Chutney ka saath serve karein!
