Refined flour tortillas stuffed with spicy chicken mixture, rolled over and grilled.GRILLED CHICKEN BURRITO - (Serves - 4)Ingredients250 grams boneless chicken, cut into cubes4 readymade refined flour tortillas1 tablespoon olive oil + for greasing2 tablespoons chopped garlic1 medium onion, finely chopped1 teaspoon red chilli powder1 medium tomato, choppedSalt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to tasteProcessed cheese as requiredTomato ketchup for servingMethod1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till golden. Add onion and sauté till translucent.2. Add chilli powder, mix and sauté for 30 seconds. Add chicken, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add tomato, mix and cook till chicken is done.3. Add salt and crushed peppercorns, mix and cook for 1 minute. Transfer in a bowl.4. Preheat an electric griller.5. Place each tortilla on the worktop and grate some cheese on top. Put some cooked chicken mixture on top and wrap it. 6. Grease the griller with some olive oil. Place the prepared rolls and grill till golden from both sides.7.
