Grilled Chicken Guacamole Sandwich | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Creamy Guacamole paired with juicy tender Chicken - the perfect sandwich combo! Easy and simple recipe for an impressive dish.

GRILLED CHICKEN GUACAMOLE SANDWICH

Ingredients

2 boneless chicken breasts
Guacamoleas required
4 hot dog buns
Salt to taste
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
2 tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
2 tablespoonsDijon mustard sauce + for spreading
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
2 tablespoons olive oil
Butter for spreading
1 medium tomato, sliced
4-6 lollo rosso lettuce leaves
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
4 cheese slices
Alfalfa sprouts as required

Method

1. Take chicken onto a plate. Add salt, crushed peppercorns, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard sauce and chilli flakes and rub well. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
2. Heat a non-stick grill pan.
3. Slice buns and spread some butter inside and over. Place them on hot grill pan and cook from both sides till grill marks appear.
4. Heat olive oil in the same non-stick grill pan. Place marinated chicken and cook from both sides till done.
5. Take tomato in a bowl. Add salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Halve the slices.
6. Spread Dijon mustard sauce over grilled buns. Put some guacamole and torn lollo rosso leaves.
7. Slice the grilled chicken and put into a bowl. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and remaining Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
8. Put tomato slices over each prepared buns, chicken slices, some guacamole, cheese slice, alfalfa sprouts.
9. Serve immediately.

Preparation Time: 8-10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10-12 minutes
