Who doesn’t love Kathi Rolls? This grilled chicken wrap is a sure shot hit and very easy to make. GRILLED CHICKEN KATHI ROLLIngredients 2 leftover grilled boneless chicken breasts4-6 leftover rotis1 tablespoon oil1 medium onion, slicedSalt to taste1 medium tomato, seeded and cut into juliennes¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon + a pinch red chilli powder1 teaspoon cumin powder1 teaspoon coriander powder¼ cup chopped fresh coriander leavesA pinch garammasala powder½ medium green capsicum, cut into juliennes1 teaspoon chaat masala+ for sprinklingGreen chutney as spreadingMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. 2. Tear grilled chicken into pieces and place onto a plate.3. Add ¾ of onion to hot oil and salt and sauté onion on medium heat till golden. Add tomato, mix and cook for a minute. Add turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander power, mix and cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.4. Add chopped coriander and grilled chicken and mix well. Add some water, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.Switch off heat, add salt and garammasala powder and mix well.5. To prepare salad, combine green capsicum, remaining onion, salt, chaat masala and a pinch chilli powder and mix well.6. Take eachroti, spread some green chutney over, put some salad and chicken mixture on one side, roll it and halve.7.
