Grilled Chicken Sandwich | Tanya Tandon | Instachef | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A boneless breast of chicken, marinated with a special blend of seasonings and grilled for a tender and juicy backyard-grilled taste, served on a toasted bread with Green Leaf lettuce and tomato.

GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH

Ingredients

2 grilled chicken breasts
8 white bread slices
Mayonnaise for spreading
2-3 pickled jalapenos, sliced
4 cheese slices
Butter for greasing

Method

1. Cut grilled chicken breasts into thick strips and transfer on a plate.
2. Spread some mayonnaise on 4 bread slices. Top with jalapenos and chicken strips and place a cheese slice on it. Cover with the remaining slices.
3. Preheat an electric griller and grease with some butter. Place the sandwiches on it, cover and grill till golden brown and grill marks appear.
4. Cut into triangles and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
