I saw a video over on @Adam Ragusea channel about making a long bean sandwich..I've always seen these beans at my local asian markets and I had no idea what to do with them.
Now Adams sandwich was vegetarian... I wanted to make it entirely plant blased.. and that might not have worked out to well.
