Watch this video to find out how to make this recipe.GRILLED PINEAPPLE SLUSH - (Serves - 4)Ingredients2 medium pineapples, peeled and cut into roundels18-20 ice cubesButter for greasing2-3 tablespoons castor sugar3-4 tablespoons lemon juiceBlack salt to tasteSalt to taste2 teaspoons chaat masala12-15 fresh mint leaves Ice cubes as required Fresh mint sprigs for garnishingMethod1. Heat an electric griller and grease with some butter. Place the pineapple roundels and grill till golden. Transfer in a bowl and cool. 2. Grind the grilled pineapples to make a smooth puree.3. Strain the pineapple puree in a blender. Add castor sugar, lemon juice, black salt, salt, chaat masala and mint leaves, cover and blend to make a smooth mixture. Add ice cubes and coarsely blend.4.
