#easyrasmalai #rasmalai #halwaistylerasmalai #rasmalairecipehindiPaneer for Ras malai Milk - 1 ltrWhite Vinegar - 3 tsp + 2 tsp waterSugar syrup for cooking RasmalaiWater - 5 cups Sugar - 1 cup RabriMilk for syrup - 1 qtrKesar strands - a fewYellow food colour - a pinchMixed nuts - 2 tsp (chopped)Sugar - 1/2 cupRecipe:Bring milk to a boilGradually add vinegar + water mixture till milk starts till curdle and keep mixing the mill while adding this Water should separate and should be clear Stain with a clean clothWash stained panner with cold waterTie a knot and hang panner to extract any extra water Boil water and sugar to 2 to 3 mins and keep aside Boil milk for rabri and add a few kesar strands, yellow food colour and chopped nuts and sugar.
