Gud Papdi | Wheat Barfi | Sukhdi | Gur Papdi recipe | Indian Mom's Kitchen

Gud Papdi or Sukhdi is a healthy sweet as it not made with sugar but with jaggery and wheat. In this video, I have shown how to make Gur Papdi at home very easily as most Indian homes have the ingredients in their kitchen at all times. Given below are the ingredients of this Gur Papdi recipe.

Ingredients in the order of instructions:
3/4 cup Ghee
1 & 1/2 cup Wheat flour
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
1/2 tsp Sonth/Ginger powder
3/4 cup Jaggery
A little Saunf/Fennel seeds
A little Khus Khus
