Gudi Padwa Thaali
Batatyachi Bhaji
1 tsp oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp cumin
Generous pinch asafetida
2 chopped green chilies
1 big finely chopped onion
1 inch finely chopped ginger
4-5 big potatoes
1/2tsp turmeric powder
Salt
½ cup fresh grated coconut
1/3 cup Chopped coriander

Black Chana Usal
1 cup black gram i.e black chana (soaked overnight and boiled)
Masala
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera
1 tbsp coriander seeds
2 small onions sliced
1/3 cup grated Dry coconut
5 to 6 garlic cloves
Half an inch ginger
Gravy
1 tbsp oil
½ tsp of cumin seeds
1 small onion finely chopped
1 small Tomatoes,
Curry leaves
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1.5 tsp garam masala / ghaati masala
salt
¼ cup finely chopped coriander leaves

Gaajar Koshambir
1 cup grated carrot
½ tsp sugar
2 tbsp cup roasted peanut powder
½ cup finely chopped coriander
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt
1 tsp oil
¼ tsp mustard seeds
1 chopped green chili
3-4 curry leaves
Pinch asafetida

Varan
½ cup yellow dal
Turmeric 1 tsp
Asfetida ¼ tsp
1 tsp jaggery
Salt

Kesar Ealaichi Shrikhand
2 cup dahi chaka
1/3 cup powdered sugar
Kesar soaked in 2 tbsp milk
½ tsp powder elaichi
1/4 cup chopped almonds (garnish)
¼ cup chopped cashew (garnish)
