Ingredients
1 cup water
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp green chillies chopped
¼ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
½ cup rice flour

To serve:
Methiyo masala
oil

Method of Preparation
Boil the water with green chillies, cumin and salt.
Once start to boil, add the baking soda
Then add the rice flour and stir into dough. Switch off heat and let cool slightly before forming small balls.
Serve each ball with a dent on top and fill with methiyo masala and oil
