Ingredients:

125gm Refined Flour
1/2 Cup Semolina
2Tbsp Ghee
Water
150gm Fresh Coconut
200gm Condensed Milk
1/4Tsp Cardamom Powder
2Tbsp Cashew Nuts
2Tbsp Almonds
2Tbsp Raisins
Oil

Method:
- Firstly, Add Refined Flour, Semolina, Ghee and Water in a bowl.
- Mix it well and make a dough.
- Then, Add Fresh Coconut, Condensed Milk, Cardamom Powder, Cashew Nuts, Almonds and Raisins in an other bowl.
- Mix it well.
- Make a small round dough ball, like a peda. Roll it out thin from the edges with 3 to 4 inch in diameter.
- Add stuffing into it and Press the edges by fork.
- Lastly, Fry till golden and crisp.
