very interesting tasty kofta with gulabjamn mix paneer and vegetablesGULAB JAMUN KOFTA CURRY FRIED ONION PARATAIn a pan add 1tbs of oilAdd ½ inch gingerAdd 4 garlic clovesAdd ½ cup of chopped onionsAdd 1 tb spn of soaked cashew nutsAdd 2 tsp of melon seedsAnd cook for 3 minutes.Add ½ tsp of turmeric powderAdd ½ cup of tomatoesAnd cook for another 3 minutes.Then cool down the mixturePut it in a blender & grind it into fine paste.In a bowl add ½ cup of gulab jamun powderAdd pinch of garam masalaAdd ½ tsp of red chilli powderAdd 1 tb spn of grated paneerAdd 1 tb spn of grated carrotAdd 1 tb spn of chopped beansAdd 1 tsp chopped mint leavesAdd 1 tsp of chopped coriander leavesAdd 1 tb spn of grated cauliflowerAdd ½ tsp of saltAdd 1 tsp of chopped green chilliesAdd some water and mix it nicely.Now make bullet shape koftas.And fry in hot oil.Heat a pan add 4 cubes of butterAdd 1 tsp of shahjeeraAnd add grinded masala into the gravyAnd boil it for some time.Then add ½ tsp of kasoori methiAdd ½ tsp of garam masalaAdd 1 tsp of coriander powderAdd a pinch of sugarAnd cook for 4 minutes.Finally add 2 tb spn of fresh creamSwitch off the flame.Then arrange the koftas in a plate.Pour the gravy, garnish it with mint on top.Fried onion paratha ;-In a pan add 1tsp of oilAdd ½ cup of chopped onionsAnd cook it.Then add 1tb spn of mint leavesAdd 1 tb spn of coriander leavesAdd 2 tsp of roasted chana dal powderAnd mix it.keep a side.Take the chapati dough stuff the onion mixture And make the parata.Heat a pan put the parata and add butter cook for both sides.Now serve kofta curry with fried onion paratha. #vahchef
