Winter special Gur Papdi Recipe for you today. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusionWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/2HGwa3oVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kid's special recipes.Gur PapriRecipe in English:Ingredients:-Ghee 2 tbs-Gond katira (Edible gum) Cup-Ghee 1 Cup-Atta (Wheat flour) sifted 1 Cup-Gur (Jaggery) 1 & Cup-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 3-4 tbs -Badam (Almonds) chopped 2-3 tbs-Kaju (Cashew nuts) chopped 2-3 tbs-Pista (Pistachio) chopped 2-3 tbs-Ghee 2 tbs Directions:-In a wok,add ghee & let it melt.-Add edible gum,mix well & fry on low flame until it puffs up (approx.2-3 minutes),set aside & let it cool. -In the same wok,add ghee & let it melt.-Gradually add wheat flour,mix well & cook on low flame until its fragrant and turns golden brown (12-15 minutes) & stir continuously.-Turn off the flame,add jaggery & mix well.-Turn on the flame and mix well until jaggery melts (3-4 minutes). -Add cardamom powder,crush fried edible gum with the help of hands and add it in wok.-Add desiccated coconut,almonds,cashew nuts,pistachios & mix well.-Add ghee & mix well.-On a greased baking tray,add gur mixture,spread evenly and press gently.-Let it cool for 10 minutes.-Cut into desired pieces and let it set for 4 hours.-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Ghee 2 tbs-Gond katira (Edible gum) Cup-Ghee 1 Cup-Atta (Wheat flour) sifted 1 Cup-Gur (Jaggery) 1 & Cup-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 3-4 tbs -Badam (Almonds) chopped 2-3 tbs-Kaju (Cashew nuts) chopped 2-3 tbs-Pista (Pistachio) chopped 2-3 tbs-Ghee 2 tbs Directions:-Karahi mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.-Gond katira dal ker ache mix tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per puff hunay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh ker thanda ker lein.-Us he karahi mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.-Thora thora ker ka atta shamil karein aur halki ancch per khushbu aur golden brown color ajanay tak paka lein (12-15 minutes) aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.-Chulha bund ker dein aur gur dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Chulha on karein aur gur melt hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein (3-4 minutes).-Elaichi powder dal dein aur fried gond ko haathon ki madad sa crush ker lein aur karahi mein dal dein.-Khopra,badam,kaju aur pista dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Ghee dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Greased baking tray per gur ka mixture dal ker evenly pheela lein aur gently press ker lein.-10 minute kliya thanda ker lein.-Desired pieces mein cut ker lein aur 4 hours set hunay kliya chir dein & serve karein!-1 month tak air container mein dal ker store ker saktay han.
