3 Halloween Recipe Ideas - Delightfully Scary!

(1) How to make easy candy apples - (All recipe measurement links below) A Halloween special, made without corn syrup. This candy apple recipe is super simple, made without corn syrup and no gimmicks. Candy apples also known as toffee apples, have always been a sure way for kids to eat apples. I personally prefer the green apples or Granny smiths as they are tart and sour in flavour and work well with the sweet candy. Red apples also work well, but they are sweeter so its a personal taste. Some apples have a wax coating, so I usually buy organic, but you can remove the wax by standing them in water that just boiled for no more than 10 seconds. Then wipe them clean with paper towels and leave them to dry overnight. Enjoy these candy apples no corn syrup. Be careful with children in the kitchen, the hot sugar syrup is dangerous, as it burns severely when hot.

(2)Pumpkin Pie - An American favourite made from scratch - Halloween Version. Pumpkin pie is a traditional sweet dessert mainly enjoyed in US and Canada. Im from Australia and although we call cute kids pumpkin pie, its not a dessert we see a lot of. I think the Americans can certainly teach us a thing or two when it comes to this festive dessert. Its basically a baked custard folded with pumpkin puree and a myriad of aromatic spices encased in a flaky buttery pie crust. For convenience, you can also use condensed milk and pumpkin puree out of a can. My version is totally made from scratch. Whether celebrating thanksgiving, Halloween or the new season, pumpkin pie is sure to satisfy the sweetest of palates.

(3) Fudgy Chocolate Brownies. A Halloween Special, Screamingly Delicious!
Chocolate Brownies for Halloween. Screamingly delicious. They will always be everyones favorite. Pipe a little spider web on top and perfect for Halloween. But of course you can make this recipe anytime as its amazing! A brownie is a cross between a cake and chocolate fudge or a soft cookie, and can be anywhere in between. I like mine a little more on the fudge side. If thats how you like them too, then this recipe is definitely for you. Great served warm especially with a nice cup of coffee. I dare you to stop at one! Kids will love them! Make them if you dare and ignore those screams!
