Grease the dough with oil.-Cover and set aside for 15-20 minutes.-Grease your hands and divide dough into small balls and leave it for 15 minutes.-Now again grease your hands and flattened small balls into round shape with the help of your hands.-Deep fry on a medium low flame until done.-Poori is ready.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Maida (flour) 2 cups-Namak (salt) ½ tsp-Pani (water) warm as required-Oil for fryingDirections:-Bowl mein maida aur namak dal ker mix ker lein.-Neem garam pani shamil karein,mix ker k ache tarhan maida ko ghond lein.-Naram dough tayyyar ker lein,oil sa grease ker lein.-Dhak ker 15-20 minutes kliya rakh dein.-Haathon ko grease karein aur dough k chotay balls bana lein aur 15 minutes kliya chor dein.-Dubara haathon ko grease karein aur small bowl ko haathon ki madad round shape mein pheela lein.-Halki darmiyani ancch per deep fry ker lein.-Poori tayyar hai.
